Battery Pre-conditioning
The state-of-the-art system not only preheats the cells to secure better efficiency when the battery temperature is low, but can also minimise the amount of charging time by optimising the battery temperature for arrival at a rapid charger location that has been programmed into the car’s sat-nav system.
Outdoor vehicle-to-load
The vehicle-to-load facility is accessed via the charging port on the front grille. It supplies 3,7 kW power to charge other electric vehicles.³

E-terrain mode
The Electrified GV70 is the first Genesis Electric vehicle to have e-terrain mode. This automatically reduces wheel slip, giving more grip when the road conditions are poor. With three settings for mud, sand and snow, you will always feel confident on slippery roads or country tracks.
Boost Mode
For a 10-second burst of maximum performance, simply press the boost mode button on the steering wheel and fully depress the accelerator pedal. Perfect for overtaking, you accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds, thanks to a maximum 180 kW from both motors (360 kW combined).
Dynamic torque vectoring
Electronic torque vectoring improves handling and provides stable cornering. The system sends just the right amount of torque to each wheel to maximise grip when starting off or cornering.
Premium e-motors
Each electric motor in the high-efficiency drivetrain is capable of 19,000 rpm. This gives a balanced ride and outstanding all-wheel performance in all conditions.

Forward collision-avoidance assist
This system is designed to detect potential hazards like pedestrians, cyclists or vehicles. It assists the driver’s steering and will apply the brakes to avoid incidents. The GV70 will also automatically apply the brakes if a side hazard is detected at an intersection.
Detachable tow bar
Whether it's a bike carrier or horse trailer, with a towing capacity of up to 3,900lbs and a maximum drawbar load of 360lbs, your Electrified GV70 will be the perfect partner for sports, travel and adventures. The corrosion-resistant tow bar's ball head is easy to take on and off so it doesn't spoil the look when not in use.

18-minute charge is based on 800 V from ultra-rapid chargers (350 kW). Actual charging time will vary and is dependent on a number of factors including battery temperature, condition and age, ambient temperature and the power provided by the charger. Charge time increases in cold weather and if battery temperature activates safeguarding technology.
The vehicle-to-load feature can only be used with battery life of 20% - 100%, and the maximum power consumption may vary depending on the electronic devices used.
