When you buy a new electric car from Genesis, you will receive your Genesis Charge Pass (powered by Shell Recharge). Simply download the Shell Recharge app and create an account to register your pass. You will then able to make use of the extensive Shell Recharge including the Ionity high-power charging network.

On purchasing your Genesis all-electric model you will receive a link to a Shell Recharge page where you'll find all the relevant information on how to order a Genesis branded wallbox. First, our partner Shell Recharge Solutions asks you to complete a virtual survey of your home so we know where and how you would like your charge point installed.

FAQ

Ionity owns and manages a high power charging network along highways in 24 countries. The high power chargers have a charging capacity of up to 350 kW for ultra-fast charging. As a Genesis customer, you benefit from a subsidised charging price.

The Genesis Charge Pass (powered by Shell Recharge) is a charging card you will receive on purchase of your Genesis electric car. The Genesis Charge Pass5 comes with an Ionity subscription for free for 5 years for first hand customers. It is however required to register and create an Account in the Shell Recharge App and add your Genesis Charge Pass5 card in the Shell Recharge App to be able to use the Ionity offer.
