The Genesis 5-Year Care Plan is about more than keeping your car in perfect order. It is about setting the standard for worry-free ownership. It is about a redefinition of expectation and miles of driving pleasure, safe in the knowledge that you are well looked after.

We come to you

The Genesis 5-Year Care Plan includes at-home collection and return up to 30-mile from Genesis1. We will collect your vehicle for maintenance and return it to you afterwards, at no extra cost. Saving you the bother of bringing it in.

When we collect your Genesis we will, of course, leave you with a courtesy car to drive while we look after yours.

Enhanced Roadside Assistance

Included with the 5-Year Care Plan is year-round Roadside Assistance. Whether you need a jump-start, flat tyre,  an emergency tow or a locksmith, they are just a call away.

The latest updates, free

Your Genesis infotainment system keeps you more than entertained, it keeps you connected and up to date. The 5-Year Care Plan includes free multimedia and map updates so you always have the latest routes and software.

When your Genesis is due for service, we’ll collect it and return it—whether you're at home or work, at no extra cost. Available within a 30-mile radius of any Genesis Studio or Retail Partner.

You enjoy the drive and let us take care of the rest. Our Genesis technicians will keep your car maintained free of charge, using genuine Genesis parts for the best performance. For up to 5 years or 50,000 miles, your service schedule and inspections are covered (excluding wear and tear and additives). See owner's manual for details.

Complimentary Connected Services app

With the Genesis Connected Services app you can access smart navigation features and safety system and vehicle reports. You can even control some functions (like air conditioning  and pre-warming) directly from your smartphone.
