Genesis, the renowned luxury automotive brand, is proud to announce the grand opening of its first-ever dedicated Genesis Service Center in Riyadh at the landmark of AlWallan Group, Genesis’s authorized distributor in the Kingdom. The new service center will cater to the diverse needs of Genesis’ clients, offering a host of unparalleled services under one roof.
More than just a maintenance facility, the Genesis Service Center in Riyadh is the physical manifestation of the brand's commitment to delivering excellence across every touchpoint. With state-of-the-art systems, highly trained staff, and cutting-edge equipment, customers can expect nothing short of perfection for their Genesis vehicles.
Expressing his enthusiasm at this milestone opening, Mr. Fahad AlWallan, Chairman of Wallan Group, stated, "The first-ever Genesis Service Center in Riyadh is a significant step forward for the Genesis brand in the Kingdom. Designed to make the customer's experience as comfortable, transparent, and enjoyable as possible, the new Genesis Service Center has a real-time on-screen display in the chic waiting area, which allows customers to watch their cars undergoing any of the preventive maintenance services, whilst playing billiards, using the dedicated workstation, enjoying any of a selection of beverages at the coffee bar, or relaxing in the massage chair.
The new facility offers customers a precision car-care solution, including routine maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and genuine parts replacements. It also features a license plate recognition system for seamless car entry, to ensure that any visit, for any purpose, will deliver the gold standard in automotive service.

The Genesis Service Center, which operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday through Thursday, will remain closed on Fridays. It is located at 7222 Prince Mohammed bin Saad bin Abdulaziz Road, Qirawan District, in Riyadh 2988 13542.
