Genesis covers all scheduled maintenance and inspections for the first five years from the initial registration date or up to 75,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first.²
Warranty coverage and roadside assistance¹
Vehicles up to four years old and with up to 75,000 km have the remaining warranty³ cover and 24/7 roadside assistance cover⁴.
Complete multi point inspection¹
All Genesis Certified models are placed through an extensive multi-point, mechanical, safety and appearance inspection to satisfy Genesis high standards. Any component that does not meet Genesis Standards are reconditioned or repaired.⁶
Complimentary software and navigation updates¹
The technology that runs the connected car services, infotainment software, and navigation maps is frequently updated. To make sure that your Genesis Certified has the latest software. Within the first five years from the initial registration date the updates are complimentary.⁵

Frequently asked questions

Any Genesis vehicle that was sold by a Genesis retailer, is under four years old and has been driven under 75,000km is qualified to become a Genesis Certified vehicle.

You can browse available Genesis Certified models on our website. Alternatively you can contact your nearest Genesis Studio who will be able to help you.

Genesis Certified is the official pre-owned vehicle programme from Genesis. By buying from the manufacturer you have complete peace of mind that the Genesis you are buying has been inspected to our exacting standards.

As a Genesis Certified owner you have the benefit of the remainder of the original 5 Year Care Plan, including warranty, servicing, roadside assistance, software updates and navigation updates.

Of course, just contact a Genesis Studio and they will be able to arrange a test drive at a convenient time.

Yes you can purchase accessories for your Genesis Certified pre-owned vehicle. Contact your Genesis Studio and they will be able to advise you on the correct accessories for your model and arrange fitting if needed.

    Applies only to Genesis Certified vehicles. As Genesis Certified are considered only pre owned vehicles up to 4 years after their initial registration and with a mileage of up to 75,000 km. For your pre-owned vehicle, you receive the remaining Genesis 5 Year Care Plan from the date of initial registration (warranty, roadside assistance, and free software and navigation updates without mileage limitation; maintenance and inspection up to 75,000 km)

    The multi-point safety and condition check is a specified series of checks carried out by qualified Genesis technicians on all used vehicles offered for sale under Genesis Certified. You can expect features and components to be tested and repaired to Genesis standards prior to delivery. Please check with your dealer to determine what work has been performed on your Genesis Certified to bring it up to Genesis Certified used car standards.
